SQEMCQ provides independent mock exams and educational tools designed to assist with preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). We are not affiliated with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or any official SQE assessment provider.

1. Who We Are

SQEMCQ (“we”, “our” or “us”) is the data controller of the personal data you provide to us. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Note: We do not collect or process any official SQE candidate data or assessments administered by the SRA or Kaplan.

4. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not share your data with the SRA or Kaplan. No personal data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
